Deliveries

Delivery costs are based on the charges we receive from our delivery company. For larger items, such as our bird tables, the price reflects the size, weight, and careful packaging required, ensuring your order arrives safely. For smaller items, we simply pass on the courier’s charge, so you only pay the true delivery cost with no added fees.

 

We want you to have your item as quickly as possible. Everything is hand made in our workshop, but we do carry more than one of some items. However, we aim to deliver to your door within 5 days. During peak times like Christmas, it could take us longer, but we will always keep you completely up to date on the progress of your piece either by email or John will call you.

 

We want your item to be in perfect condition when you receive it, so we always ensure it is packed well and includes everything you need to start enjoying such a lovely addition to your home or garden.

 

Once your item is ready, we will be in touch just to confirm where and when it is going to be delivered and to ensure someone will be home to receive it. We work closely with our couriers to ensure your order is delivered to you in perfect condition, but if for any reason you spot any damage then please let us know, the sooner the better and include a picture and we will work with you to resolve.

 

Absolutely, we enjoy meeting our customers. Our workshop is in the beautiful medieval town of Old Amersham in Buckinghamshire. Some of the houses date back to the 14th century and is visited by thousands of tourists every year. All we would ask is to book a time so we can ensure we have everything prepared for when you arrive.
